For our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Learning Experience Designer (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and training professionals to create engaging, learner-focused materials for a global audience in the medical field.
- Define educational objectives and design comprehensive learning programs that leverage modern instructional methodologies and theories of adult learning.
- Contribute to the development of evaluation methods for measuring learning effectiveness and learner performance.
Drive initiatives aimed at improving training processes and outcomes.
- Explore and implement innovative tools, platforms, and third-party content to enhance the overall learning strategy.
Ensure learning materials are inclusive and consider the diverse needs of all learners.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) in business, life sciences, or equivalent, ideally with expertise in instructional design.
- Proven experience managing complex training projects across global and interdisciplinary teams within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency in creating and managing innovative learning content on digital platforms, such as e-learning modules and forums.
- Strong background in instructional design principles, content creation, and adult learning strategies, particularly in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with identifying and implementing cutting-edge learning technologies and systems.
