Opis zadania i wymagań

We are currently looking for a freelance Software EWM-Architect (m/f/x) for our client in the IT sector.

Start: asap
End: 31.12.2025
Volume: fulltime
Location: Remote
Project language: German mandatory for customer communication, English for development team
Preferred remote location: working in CET time zone

Work Area:
Requirements evaluation with customer, Consulting, and internal Developers
Creation of technical specifications and designs (High-Level Architecture), Alignment of technical solutions with customer and consultants
Creation of effort estimations for Development, Test and Documentation based on functional specifications.
Leading a development team
Project internal code reviews
First contact person for internal and external technical architecture/development inquiries (close collaboration with customer)

Education & Qualifications / Skills & Competencies:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Excellent proven software architecture, design, and development skills
Constructive and open style of communication

Work Experience:
ABAP / ABAP OO
S/4 Core
Experienced Knowledge in the following area is a must:
Embedded EWM
Experience with SAP systems, applications, and their interfaces
Work experience with major automotive companies is a plus
Experience with Focused Build / Solution manager is a plus
