Opis zadania i wymagań
Tasks:
• Manage and optimize standardized, automated, out-of-the-box ServiceNow workflows related to demand, ensuring efficient and streamlined processes.
• Support the planning and execution of ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with various business systems and applications.
• Integration of ServiceNow with other IT operational platforms using APIs.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Operational stability.
Skills
• Experience as ServiceNow developer, with a focus on automation, workflows and platform administration.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development and configuration including workflows, business rules, UI policies and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST API.
• Understanding of Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence).
• Ability to work in agile environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• English written and spoken, any German skills would be seen as an advantage.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
