Opis zadania i wymagań

For our client we are looking for an HR IT Expert.

Tasks:
• Customize systems to align with company-specific HR processes
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand their workflows, needs and challenges
• Analyze existing processes and propose improvements supported by technology
• Identify inefficiencies and design solutions for process optimization

Requirements:
• Knowledge of HR processes eRecruitment, payroll (Swiss Payroll) and performance management
• Very good knowledge of HR softwares like SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals module), Cornerstone, ProConcept
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Projektdetails:
• Start: ASAP, latest mid January
• Duration: 3+ months
• Utilisation: 3-5 days per week
• Location: 100% remote
• Language: English
