Opis zadania i wymagań
Dear Cognigy Chatbot Developers,
we would like to introduce you to the following interesting project:
We implement a chatbot and live chat on the Global Services (GS) Service Portal for internal processes, such as indirect purchasing and invoice to pay (a ServiceNow product) with the following targets:
- Deflect the user inquiries
- Achieve higher customer satisfaction
- Save time for the agents and the customers
We provide so called “Level1” support support for the P2P processes, such as indirect purchasing and invoice to pay.
We will be responsible for collecting all Global Services (GS) Chatbot use cases from service lines in GS, as well as be responsible for the project management.
Timeline:
Jan. 2025 – Apr.2025: Product development and testing
Apr. 2025 Product launch
May 2025: Support and maintenance
Dec. 2025: End of the project

Workload: 100% until 30.04.2025 and gradual reduction to 50%
Mandatory Skills:
-Very strong developing Skills of Cognigy AI Chatbot
-Cognigy AI Chatbot development experience in 2-3 projects in the last 2 years
-Experiences in a scrum working environment
Optional Skills:
-Product implement experiences of other Cognigy products (e.g. Knowledge AI, live chat)
-ServiceNow software knowledge
-Very good communication skill
-Very good language skill in English both speaking and writing
-Great time management skill
-Problem solving mindset
-Quality focused mindset
-Skill to understand a complex software environment
Main Tasks:
-Development of Cognigy chatbot on the existing ServiceNow platform supported by internal technical specifications to integrate the chatbot in the Bosch environment
-Technical maintenance of the chatbot after the delivery
-Documentation of the delivered product
Further Tasks:
-Collect requirements from the customer
-Design the architecture of the chatbot
-Create development user stories
-Sprint planning together with the product owner
-Develop the product
-Product delivery
-Create user acceptance test scenarios and plan UAT
-Participate in the UAT to solve the program bugs
-Rework on the bug fixing and retesting
-Provide support during the go-live hyper care period
-Product support after go-live
